Conscious Clarity

My Why
Heart Healing |
My Story, Why I Do This Work
My work in grief and emotional healing is deeply personal. The death of my son, Alex, changed my life in profound ways. Along with other experiences of loss, this journey has given me a depth of understanding that informs the support I offer today. Here I share my story -- the challenges, the lessons, and the hope that continues to guide me. Some of our deepest growth comes from incredibly vulnerable places we never expected to visit - loss, grief, trauma, and change. My journey into heart-centered work wasn’t a single turning point, but a series of life-altering experiences that reshaped how I see people, their pain, and their potential healing. I’ve walked through many seasons of loss - early miscarriages, loss of a mid-term pregnancy, loss of family members, loss of my home, divorces, estrangement, a violent at-home attempt to take my life, and the death of my adult son in 2022. Each experience shook me to my core and changed me - deepening my compassion, dismantling shame and perfectionism, showing me some of the hardest places to exist within oneself as a human, and ultimately opening space for courageous conversation and action. Through decades of therapy, spiritual guidance, and devoted study, I’ve come to understand, respect, and reframe trauma, loss, and grief as sacred teachers; each one inviting us into greater wholeness when we’re willing and able to feel and attend to them. This willingness gave birth to resilience - and a quiet knowing that healing is possible, even in the darkest moments. While training in Nonviolent Communication with founder, Marshall Rosenberg, I experienced a pivotal transformation that remains a cornerstone of my work. As I observed my thoughts, I saw that nearly every single one was a judgment - of myself or others. I didn’t speak for two days as my mind re-designed how it worked, rearchitecting and rewiring itself toward empathy and away from judgment. Today, I meet each person, heart first, empathy first, and with unconditional positive regard, present to who they are, where they are, and what matters most to them. I see a whole human being, courageous, complex, resourceful - capable of growth and change, and capable of healing in their own time. Emotional growth is not about avoiding pain; it’s about feeling it, naming it, and integrating it. Healing unfolds in compassionate presence, allowing clarity, connection, and authentic transformation.
Grief changed me. It also opened my heart in ways I never expected.

Clarity doesn't just happen. It's something we foster consciously.
Clarity Coaching |
Why I Do This Work
My journey to clarity has been shaped by a lifetime of change – from multiple careers to deeply personal transitions, and many moments in between. These experiences taught me the value of reflection, perspective, and intentional next steps. Here I share the key moments and lessons that inform my work with individuals, leaders, and teams today. I’ve always been fascinated by how people think, feel, and grow. A lifelong learner with a growth mindset, I was the nerdy student who loved spreadsheets and psychology, with a home library that was constantly expanding with books on personal growth and spirituality. As a teenager, I was captivated by awareness brought forth in Body Language by Julius Fast. I was intrigued by how much we can learn about ourselves and others, communicating without words. Years later, a pivotal moment changed everything. I attended what I thought was an open community lecture and later learned it was designed for therapists and mental health professionals. The speaker described the fourteen traits of Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA) in such detail - AND every example resonated with a lived experience within me. I was stunned. How could a stranger possibly know all of this about me? Without a notepad, I scribbled on the back of blank checks (it was 1989) and found myself answering “yes” to every trait. That raw moment of recognition cracked something open in me. It was as though I was suddenly transparent - with my most tender and shameful vulnerabilities and insecurities visible to strangers. Uncomfortable? Yes, and for the first time, I encountered awareness as a profound doorway. What else might I learn about myself? How might that help others see themselves more clearly too? Coaching became a natural path forward. By cultivating curiosity and compassion we remember and reclaim what’s already within us. My certifications and training span multiple modalities including- Co-Active and ORSC, Corporate, Executive, DiSC, Spiritual, Somatic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), inter-and intra-personal coaching, and most recently, Grief Coaching - each adding nuance and depth. I’ve cultivated a multi-dimensional approach blending intellect and intuition with soul and structure. My work has touched hundreds of clients through thousands of coaching sessions globally. Clients often remark that they have new ideas, they are thinking differently, feeling lighter, feel more optimistic, and can move forward with greater ease. Time and again, I witness the transformation of clarity emerging where confusion once lived, alongside a renewed sense of calm and authenticity.
Conscious Home Organizing | Why I Do This Work
A home that feels good can be life-changing. My own experience with clutter, many moves, and major life transitions taught me how much our physical space impacts our emotional well-being. Here I share why I am passionate about helping others create homes that feel calm and are supportive and aligned with the life they want. Our physical and professional spaces mirror our inner world. Having moved more than forty times - from cross-country relocations to local transitions - I learned firsthand how our environment and use of physical space shapes energy, focus, and peace of mind. Trained by an expert consultant to moving industry giants, and seasoned by my work in organizational change management, I came to see patterns everywhere: what fits, what no longer serves, and what wants to be released. Letting go, I discovered, is as emotional as it is practical. Every home or workspace holds stories, memories, and sometimes grief - and each deserves to be approached with clarity, empathy, and intention. Hands-on, grounded in practicality and TLC - with forward thinking vision, I work with clients navigating overaccumulation, loss, inherited belongings, and deeply held patterns of scarcity. My first career unfolded in the corporate world of business, accounting, and systems. Starting as a Receptionist, I was promoted to Full Charge Bookkeeper, Senior Accountant, and other roles that led to my role as a financial Controller. Looking back, it was a surprise to me that I fell in love with accounting. Now I understand why: ease and harmony matter, and in accounting, everything has a place, every transaction tells a truth, and when ‘the books’ align and balance, ease returns. Over time, this evolved into a deeper life philosophy: clarity and alignment allow flow, whether in a balance sheet, a home, or a human life. Today, I bring this blend of structure and sensitivity to clients - guiding them to simplify, streamline, and restore order where chaos once lived. Whether we’re reorganizing, refining, or realigning systems for a closet or a room, a home or a home office, the goal is the same: to create environments - inner and outer - that support calm, focus, and joy. Together, we untangle what’s heavy or complex so clarity, confidence, and harmony reign peacefully once more.
A thoughtful home creates space for what matters most.
